Refund Policy

Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, which govern the use of our website and services. By engaging with Advance Real Estate Management (“Advance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Management Fees

  • Monthly property management fees are billed for services already rendered and are non-refundable.

2. One-Time Services

  • Payments for one-time services (such as cleaning, concierge, maintenance, or renovations) are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  • If a prepaid service is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, Advance may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or service credit for future use.

3. Setup Fees and Deposits

  • Setup fees, administrative fees, and deposits are non-refundable, as they cover initial administrative and preparation costs.

4. Billing Errors

  • In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, Advance will promptly investigate and issue the appropriate refund or account credit.

5. Cancellations

  • Clients must provide written notice for service cancellations. Refund eligibility (if any) will depend on whether the service has already commenced.

6. Governing Law

  • This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and forms part of our overall Terms & Conditions.
